Letter from the Founders
Promocell began as a dream to bring our passion and creativity to life. With years of experience at leading agencies—Chaitra Leo Burnett in Mumbai and Gmasco, Al Futtaim in Dubai—we set out to build an agency that could deliver impactful and innovative campaigns across diverse mediums. Our combined backgrounds—mine in communications and Margaret’s in hotel management, along with her role at Dubai TV—fueled our drive to create something unique, starting as a small, two-person team in Sharjah. From day one, innovation has been our driving force. Whether in outdoor, retail, or digital advertising, we’ve always aimed to break through the noise with creative solutions that leave a lasting impact. Looking back, we’re immensely proud of how far we’ve come. What started as a small operation has grown into an agency spanning three countries and serving the entire MEA region. Our enduring relationships with industry leaders are a testament to the trust we’ve built together—15+ years with P&G, 12+ years with Microsoft, and 9+ years with L'Oréal, among others. As we look to the future, our focus remains clear: to continue our growth journey, embracing new technologies like AI to stay at the forefront of marketing innovation. We feel we’re just getting started, and the sky is the limit. Our incredible team and dynamic work culture define who we are.
